Hospitality Tent Sponsorship Opportunity
The Upper Midwest Convenience Store and Energy Convention (UMCS) offers a great opportunity to meet and interact with convention attendees of the largest regional show for petroleum marketers the region. Meet and interact in a fun and inviting atmosphere by sponsoring and hosting a Hospitality Party tent.
The Hospitality Party is held in the renovated Second Level of the InterContinental. (See map at right.) Hospitality tents are available for $3,500 and included with this fee is all beverages, dry snacks, tables and chairs. Each tent contains a tub with beer, wine, and pop. Mixed drinks are available from the main bars in the area. (Due to union licensing and safe-serv rules, mixed drinks would not be available in each tent without an individual bartender in each.) Decorating and setup is up to each individual tent sponsoring company. Check with the InterContinental Hotel with any additional setup needs.
The UMCS’s Welcome Reception and Silent Auction are held in the Hospitality area early Monday evening 5 – 6:30 pm followed by a DJ from 8 pm to midnight. Tuesday evening the Party is a ‘Casino’. Hospitality area will close at midnight both nights.
Please download and fill out the attached Hospitality Tent reservation form and return to info@umcs.energy or UMCS, 3244 Rice Street, St Paul, MN 55126-3047. Payment needs to be made to UMCS and must accompany reservation. Hospitality rooms are assigned by committee based on first come first serve.
