I acknowledge and agree that, I, pursuant to applicable event policies and membership requirements, am required to register as an exhibitor, remit the applicable booth fee, or participate as a One-Star Sponsor of the Upper Midwest Convenience Store (UMCS) Show. I further understand that such requirements are subject to enforcement in accordance with the governing rules of the event and the respective organizations.
